Kitchen Planning & Design

We will visit your home where measurements will be taken and utilities noted. We will discuss all aspects of your project and you will be given help and advice on layout along with inspirational ideas on how to optimise the full use of your space. Together, you will work to create the kitchen of your dreams.

The next step will be a meeting at the showroom of our local supplier where you will be invited to make your final selection of door, work surfaces, appliances and accessories. A 3D plan will then be generated for you using our in house design software for you to view and approve before pricing.

Supply

Once you have agreed your design, our installation team will visit you at home and conduct a survey. At the survey any additional work required will be discussed and finalised. Cost and an installation date will also be confirmed. We will then go ahead and place the order for your new kitchen. We will plan your delivery around your installation schedule and a member of the Home Enhancement team will be on hand to check everything is present and correct.

Install

Once you have agreed your kitchen delivery, our installation team will arrive at the agreed date and time to install your dream kitchen.
Our installers carry £2 million of public liability insurance.
Our gas work is undertaken by Gas Safe registered installers (Reg No 151646)
All of our electrical work is undertaken by a Part P NICEIC registered installer (Reg No D613617) and complies with all the latest IEE wiring regulations so you can rest assured your installation is in safe hands.

Customer Service

From your first contact with us, we will be on hand to guide you through the process, from initial enquiry and making your design appointment, through to your post installation visit. You will have a point of contact with one person every step of the way ensuring a personal service. We will liaise with suppliers to ensure deliveries go smoothly. We will also arrange all checks, including your post installation check.
